01 — The short version
This website has one enquiry form, and it collects only what you type into it. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind. We do not set cookies. If you never use the form, we learn nothing about you at all.
02 — What the site stores
One thing, and it never leaves your browser. When you move between
pages we store a single flag called wiz-nav-transition in
your browser's session storage, so the page you arrive on knows to
fade in from black rather than flashing white. Your browser discards
it when you close the tab. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us,
and it contains no information about you.
03 — Our host
The site is served by Vercel. Like every web host, their servers record standard technical information when a page is requested — typically your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. That is a function of how the internet works rather than something we have chosen to gather, we do not connect it to anything, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. Vercel's own privacy terms govern that data.
Two things happen on those servers when you send the form. Your message is passed to Resend, the service that delivers it to our inbox; Resend is a United States company, so your message travels outside Australia on its way to us. And to stop the form being used to send junk, the server counts how many times a given IP address has submitted in the last ten minutes. That count is held in memory only, it is never written to disk, it is never attached to your message, and it disappears on its own.
04 — When you contact us
You can use the enquiry form, or email or call us with the address and number in the footer. All three reach the same two people.
The form asks for your name and email address, which it needs, and your business name and phone number, which are optional and which you can leave empty. It sends whatever you write in the message box. It also sends three things you did not type: which page you were on when you sent it, which package you were looking at if you came from one, and the moment the page loaded — that last one only so the server can tell a person from a script, because a script fills a form in milliseconds.
It arrives as an email in our inbox and stops there. This site is a set of static files with no database behind it, so there is nowhere for your enquiry to be stored on it, and it is not. However you reach us, we keep what you send so we can reply and, if we end up working together, so we can do the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
We keep enquiry correspondence for two years, and records relating to work we were actually paid for for seven, because Australian tax law requires it.
05 — Asking us to delete it
Email pravin@wizerd.com.au and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it and confirm in writing. There is nothing to unsubscribe from. The only thing we cannot delete is a record we are legally required to keep, and if that applies we will tell you which record and why.
06 — If this page changes
The date at the top is the date it last changed. If we ever start collecting something — a real contact form, or analytics — this page will say so before it happens, not after.
